About the Event

As part of Corporate Social Responsibility, Eagle Vision Resources is organizing the NatureRun For Sustainability with the theme: Alam Kita Tanggungjawab Kita.

The program is in support of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) and government’s aspiration in safeguarding our natural environment for Sustainability Development and Perak state government’s initiative to make Perak as one of the preferred tourist destinations through VISIT PERAK 2024 (TMP2024). The main objective of the program is to bring Awareness towards Environmental Sustainability and encourage sports as part of Healthy Living.

Manjung District in Perak in particular Lumut Coastal Town and the surrounding area is rich in natural flora and fauna and the sea beds is the home for thousands of corals and sea creatures. It is everyone’s responsibility to safeguard the environment from being exploited and extinct in the near future. And it is our responsibility to continuously educate the society and create awareness on the importance of safeguarding these natural resources for future generations.

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Participation in the event carries its own risks of injury or death from various causes, and participants must be aware of the hazards involved.
2. Participants must be appropriately trained and in good physical condition to take part and compete in the event.
3. Participants release all individuals and organizations associated with the event from any liability for injuries or damages and indemnify them against claims arising from participation.
4. Participants acknowledge the importance of safety precautions and their responsibility to understand and follow them strictly.
5. Participants agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for event promotion and the use of drones for capturing event footage.
6. Participants are responsible for the security of their personal possessions.
7. Entry fees are non-refundable.
8. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organisers' control, entry fees will not be refunded.
9. Participants agree to their name and contact details being included in the event database for promotional purposes.
10. Participants agree to comply with all race rules and directions from the event organiser.
11. Participants consent to any necessary changes in the event format due to unforeseen circumstances.
12. If under 18 years old, participants require a legal guardian's approval and supervision during the event.
13. All the medals, shirts, and e-certificates are currently in the proposed design stage and are subject to further confirmation and finalization.
14. For participants choosing to “Send by Courier” must ensure the Address, Contact Details & Phone details are accurate. Organisers would not take any responsibility for the wrong delivery due to inaccurate addresses given during the registration.
15. Participants must complete their registration details with true, accurate and current information correctly and not to provide any misinformation.
16. Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to disqualification or barring from the event with no refund.
17. Participants must agree to receive contact from the Organisers from time to time by email. Any notice sent by email by the Organisers or the party so assigned by the Organiser to the supplied address on the registration form shall be deemed received by the Participants.
18. Only participants with the BIB will be allowed to take part in the competition/race.
19. Transfer of name, BIB or person is strictly not allowed and entertained.
20. Waiver for Loss Clause: The Organisers will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage, personal or otherwise to the participants for any conditions in respect of the race and the organization of the event include all management of the event whether it be with respect to location logistic etc.
21. Postponement on a situation beyond control. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event at any time with or without prior notice to the Participant, in which case the organiser will make reasonable effort to inform the Participants prior to the date of the event. If the event has to be postponed, there shall be no refund of fees paid and the Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or incidental cost occurred or for any inconvenience caused.

Environmental Rules

1. The participants are required to observe hygiene of the venue and would not be allowed to spit or make the event area or route dirty by throwing trash or water bottles. Rubbish Bins will be provided at designated areas for disposal of any trash.
2. Strictly NO SMOKING at the event location
