A challenge that tests your limits and fills your heart with pride – the Honorable Run: 100KM Virtual Challenge! In a world that constantly challenges us, this run
stands for something more. It's not just about covering a distance; it's about pushing our boundaries, embracing the spirit of honor.

Event Details:

• Timeline: 01 - 30 November 2023
• Distance: 100km walk/run
• Location: Anywhere you prefer! This is a virtual run, allowing you to participate from your neighborhood, local park, or even indoors.

How to Participate?

1. Register at HeyJom and tracking number will be sent by email in 5 working days.
2. Run/walk: Complete 100km accumulative distance through running or walking during the race timeline.
3. Results submission: Submit your results to Running Station via email at virtual.run.station@gmail.com or at WhatsApp at +6018-794 4090.
4. Race pack to be posted out by 15 December 2023, tracking number will be sent by email.
5. Inspire and encourage your friends and family to participate. Together, we can make this event memorable for everyone!

Entitlements

How It Works

1. After payment is made, you will receive an official email with e-Bib in 5 working days. (Please check your spam/junk mail).
2. The e-Bib is not compulsory to be printed. You can keep this e-Bib by clicking 'Save Image' and you can share it on your social media.
3. Download any running apps or use a GPS watch to track your run and ride. Switch your running apps or GPS watch to indoor/treadmill mode when you
   run on the treadmill.
4. After completing, submit your run results to virtual.run.station@gmail.com or WhatApps at https://bit.ly/3uEXQul with your e-Bib and results.
5. You will receive your race pack tracking number through email in 2 weeks after the event ends (which is by 14 December). Any late shipment will be informed through email.
6. Your finisher's race pack will be shipped directly to you.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Under normal circumstances, we do not offer return or refund.
2. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 working days of the parcel being received.
3. Items must be in their original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered). Exchanges for articles that do not meet all mentioned
   conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
4. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
5. The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
6. We will get back to you once a returned item is received by us and will email you the new tracking number for the exchange item.
7. All the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
8. In case of a refund, all refund(s) will be credited to your personal account within 1-3 working days.
9. Color of products may vary due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real products as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.
10. There might be +/-0.5 inches differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare them with your existing dresses for the best fit.
11. For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece, and a return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
12. Material and quality issues are not considered defects and are subjective.
13. Parcels returned to us before any acknowledgment/approval will not be entertained.
